ARLO+ is an AI-powered legal research platform designed to assist legal professionals and paid subscribers in conducting research on Samoan law. The Platform provides access to a comprehensive database of legal materials, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal opinions.
ARLO+ uses advanced AI technology, including OpenAI’s GPT-4.1 and GPT-4o models, to enhance legal research efficiency. Features may include case comparison, document analysis, text completion, and summarisation.

2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are a paid subscriber of ARLO+ or have been granted authorised access.

You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of Samoa.
3. Account Registration and Fees

Account Creation: You must create an account to access the Platform and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Fees and Payment: You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees. Fees may change, and you will be notified of any adjustments before they take effect. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARLO+ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8. Dispute Resolution

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or update these Terms, at any time with notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Samoa. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Samoa.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ARLO+ regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
